Dave,
All the forms you needed should have been included with the Roth package.

I opened a Datek Roth account back in October. They received all my paper work and activated my Roth account on 11/4. The stocks and cash STILL have not been transferred from my Datek IRA to my Datek Roth. Even though Delaware Charter says they closed the account on 11/24. I have emailed them several times. Finally on friday, I was told by a party at Datek that they would look into the delay and gave me one of those tracking numbers.

I also have not been trading anything in my IRA account until the transfer is completed so Datek wouldn't have an excuse for the delay. Who would have thought it would take in excess of 6 weeks to transfer the account. What happens if they don't move it by the end of the year. I can't afford to pay all those taxes in one lump sum. That's why I am moving it this year, to spread it out. I guess 2 months isn't enough time. This is just plain irritating now. Only 2 1/2 weeks left in the year now.

It certainly would be nice if Datek would tell me why they refuse to transfer my money into my Roth IRA account from my Datek IRA account.
