Well right now they only have 32 terminals don't they? And there is no line and no waiting to come into the Long Island location and trade right now. How many traders are trading there everyday? These stations are standing shoulder to shoulder in these trading rooms. Who is going to be making that many trades in that environment? Are you going to hold your papers in your lap? You can't be serious. That anyone is going to drive to these locations and trade there. And you think these 32 guys are going to be making 90K trades a year? Not hardly. This business model is a fantasy. These traders are not going to be paying on average about $100K per year in commissions and then trade there. It makes no sense.

And where are those commercials now? A week later and how many have actually been run? How many ads are still running here on SI? I don't think these guys are serious. I think they are just token ads to prove they are advertising.

We have begun construction on the first of our model homes and currently have over 100 prospective buyers. The homes are selling for between $50,000 and $125,000 and prospective homeowners are anticipated to make down payments of between 5% and 8%. We are very pleased with the progress and our relationship with the new Belizian government.

A couple of comments are in order here. First I guess they must have started their first home there finally now in December and over 100 people have asked for literature. (Never mind that 200 people were supposedly interested in September when they had the beer tent photo ops.) But this is pretty thin activity after all of these months of hype and misstatement. Where again is the mention now of the government guaranteed loans that PRWT will be processing as they once announced?

And of course one last comment would be that their relations with the Government of Belize might be even better if they spelled Belizean correctly.
