What good will Creaf do with a chip seller?

The market is already very competitive and any acquired technology has a lot of catching up to do. The acquisition if any is simply for strategic reason but there lies the inherent risk. The past few acquisitions showed that Creaf needs at least a quarter to consolidate its operation and in this industry, a quarter is already too much.

nVidia TNT bears not much competence with 3Dfx's. Hardcore gamers want speed and Glide support and most people just don't like to purchase a card that can't even play Glide-based games. Frankly, I find nVidia TNT promised too much, and is overpriced and overhyped.

I see Creaf will fall with the nVidia announcement and what price will Sim fights to support with the share buyback? US$15??

Regards
Derrick

How much is nVidia worth and how much would it take to buy them out? Do you think it would be a wise move to do so? Would they take stock? Could DIMD put up a roadblock?
