So, I guess it would be ok for us to sell defective arms to Saddam Hussein and Fidel Castro without notifying Congress... That's illegal and treason... It means that secret committees can subvert the Constitution of the United States... We are still a Democracy where the government representatives reflect the will of the people... That is until this partisan Impeachment vote...
