All THREAD.. CVIA is not the only one going through DTC problems....I have been looking for my dividend shares in (BANY) for ANYTHING INTERNET...here is a letter concerning them....

KAA is this the same agent....mulla711

Thank you for your support and patience with the Anything Internet
stock dividend. We are aware of some problems, and expected them.
Dividends never go as smoothly as one would like.

The transfer agent issued all of the dividends correctly to the
shareholders of record holding certificates as of November 3rd,
including the Depository Trust Company which technically owns all
shares held in street name.

It is at this level where things get messed up and confusing. The
DTC pays dividends according to NASD mandates. The NASD arbitrarily
determined that the Anything Internet dividend shares were attached
to the DTC shares from the record date to the payment date (also
their ex-dividend date).

As such, anyone holding shares in street name needed to own them on
December 7th in order to receive the dividend. Those that sold prior
to December 7th also sold their dividend. Likewise, those that
bought BANY also bought the attached Anything Internet shares.

However, because you owned it prior and through you qualify for the
dividend. You should have your stockbroker contact the transfer
agent to track down where your dividend shares are. Sometimes the
DTC or the broker places them with the wrong accounts.

The transfer agent is:

Gina Beckett
Oxford Transfer and Registrar
317 S.W. Alder, Ste. 1120
Portland, OR 97205

503-225-0375

I hope this helps answer your questions and gets your dividend
credited to your account quickly.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Stock Issuance

KAA, how do we get our hands on some of those shares being offered for $1.25 apiece. Have all 200,000 been sold? If not, I would be interested.

Thanks,

Matt

RE: Stock Issuance

KAA, nevermind..no need to waste your time. I didn't even bother to read the October 12 part.

Sorry to bother,

Matt
