I heard a very interesting thing today.I don't know how to check the validity of this but what I heard was.
November 10 the European patent office has revoked Qualcomm:s earliest
CDMA patent.QCOM filed this in US in 86.This is supposed to be the patent that QCOM is referring to when they say that they have invented CDMA.Motorola
was the company that filed against this patent a couple of years ago.I have heard that the same patent is also under attack in Japan.
Is this old news or is it not correct?
If it is correct what implications will this have?It sounds like a very important patent.
