I dunno, Skeet, maybe you're right, but, I'm biased. It seems to me that the Dems use emotional arguments, and the Repubs use logic and fact-based arguments. (Before everyone jumps on this comment, I mean in general, not always. <G>). There are no Bill Bennetts or Bob Barrs on the Demo side that will posit moral or legal absolutes, and criticize anyone from either side who doesn't meet those standards. So, maybe you're right and if the situation were reversed the Repubs would howl just as loudly. Maybe. But, even if they did, I think there would be some notable defectors from the masses who would be vocal in stating that Constitutional remedies should be employed. IMO. jim
