< I can say only this: if (God forbid) you are ever standing in front of a judge, and the judge has some physical evidence that you were involved in a felony, and you are being asked specific questions, under oath, by the judge, about your culpability in said felonious act, I would not, if I were you, say> Hello... what country are you from? Have you ever been to a trial? Judges don't ask questions about culpability at a trial, in this country and defendants cannot be compelled to testify...
