I think that your estimate will be pretty close. There's nothing to support this dog. I read a new article or comment from someone somewhere today talking about how overvalued this is. The push to spread City search will continue to erode any semblance of profits in a non-money making business. I also read that TMCS only sees 1/2 of the profit from Ticketmaster because another company (I can't recall which) gets the other 1/2. Take care.
