The company gives us an update on financial information and there are still people out there demanding more and now. I have been told by several individuals associated with the company that PanAmerican Bancorp is involved in deals that will occur much more easily while still an unreporting company. That was the main reason for the delay from last quarter. PanAmerican has every intention of filing with the SEC but needs to consummate these deals first. Be patient. Rewards are around the corner. (That was not my quote either.) Roger, thanks for eloquently correcting one of our neighborhood bashers.
