But JBL, as I stated, I think your hope for Colin Powell is a bit hypothetical. Perhaps you could get some of the substantive debaters on your side of the issue to weigh in on the matter. As to insults, the Rev. Pilch has insulted a few other people besides me (like, say, the American People, as in "The American people are generally whores." and none of the substantive pro-impeachment voices here have seen fit to comment. That's life, if you find his views informative, good for you.

Do you honestly believe the hardcore rightwing activists in the GOP would nominate an African-American to run for president--especially one who is pro-choice and in favor of fixing instead of nixing affirmative action, as Powell has said he is?
