Or, Hayton's vision may only be to buy into volatile stocks in a hot sector for purely selfish, trading purposes. Although purely speculation on my part, I wonder how else we explain the crappy way shareholders have been treated (JMHO), the periodic "news" which later becomes non-news (many examples over the past year), the periodic run ups and quick run downs in price (many examples over the past year), the changes in IR/PR representativies (many examples over the past year), and the fact these companies continue to trade and keep their doors open, despite the fact no one knows how they do it, or for how long, and what their present and future revenue base will be?

Party, Your Credibility is Gone!

First, you ignore a transfer of $400,000 to an unidentifiable company (what, now you're a happy boy if RR is Hayton, who stays on to provide consultation? What does HE know about Internet companies?).

The FACTS I rely upon are

(i) the payment IN ADVANCE of $400,000 by a virtually broke company for 1 year's consulting about promo to the financial community by payment in SHARES; (Reference: SEC Filing)

(ii) the payment goes to a company whose SEC listed address is a back staircase empty office with "Netmaster" on the door; (Reference: Brady digging)

(iii) there is no sign of the identity of Rolling Rock coming from either the state records or from the company itself (Reference: Many people digging)

(iv) oh, and many people wondered why there were many paragraphs of indemnity in the Rolling Rock agreement to protect the officers and directors. (Reference: SEC Filing)

In contrast to my CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION, based on those facts, you "respond" :

<<You, others like you, immediately try to impress we're being conned, we're in a stock scam. Do you know with absolute, clear and convincing proof of this? No, you don't! But such is the impression you seemingly intentionally always leave. Indeed, MORE FACTS ARE NEEDED before jumping to YOUR negative conclusions>>

I didn't try to impress anything ... I said that YOU, a shareholder, should be screaming your lungs out for FACTS about Rolling Rock. It's your company's $400,000. I don't think you care where it went, or you'd be screamimg ... you have no credibility ...

Then you said, relying on anyhing but facts:

<<Instead of your unfounded Rolling Rock scam alert bit, you might instead consider the following: New CEO and new COO, results of prestigious headhunter searches (a Beverly Hills headhunter group) are about to take control of ZuluGroup.com, and will embark in a new direction>> (Reference: Your head and tarot cards)

I rely on FACTS and call for more facts ... you pointedly ignore FACTS, and call for more dreaming ... you don't care what happens ... you are NOT the friend of the shareholder ... the stock player maybe, but not the shareHOLDER ...
