That's cool, brees, but watch out for guilt by association. Do you like Colin Powell? Are there any Democrats you could vote for? One other Republican who's name I can throw out is John McCain, unquestionable moral stature and a co-sponsor with my neighbor and Senator Russ Feingold on campaign finance reform. Feingold has been derided here, of course, but maybe McCain could do better? Who knows.

Personally, I think asking a politician to assume "moral leadership", while at the same time doing all the garbage it takes to get elected these days, is asking a bit much. But if somebody wants to explain how that can happen, I'm happy to listen.
