Roger surely you are joking, if you think that what they have posted constitutes even a minimal financial report. That update is not even worthy to be called "Management Discussion of the Business" in a self respecting Form 10 filing. It is completely void of any discussion of risks associated with their plan. Your calling that nonsensical allusion to their expectations for the business a financial statement is like calling a Chihuahua a Clydesdale. As to their mentioning Belize, they didn't even spell Belizean correctly. You would think that they would, if they were really in frequent contact with the government there. Like I said, you have become an apologist to their evasion.
