Happened to me earlier. I tried to enter on techstocks.com, kept hanging...so I tried siliconinvestor.com, and voila, I was in.

Hope thats not a portend of things to come.

Bob,

Some of the servers for SI had problems for 20 minutes at approx 1pm Eastern. There was a similar problem 8 days ago (last Monday) around 10am. Other than that, there have been no significant problems in the last 6 weeks on our side and we operate with more than 99.5% uptime.

If you are experiencing ongoing slowness, please check with your ISP. There is usually something wrong with the internet "link" between your ISP and ours (http://www.internap.com).

Most web sites are hosted in Silicon Valley. We're in Seattle. That may account for why you see slowness on our site but not others...you're taking a very different path across the internet. For other people (for the same reason), our site appears much faster than others that they surf. It all depends on geography, the health of the internet on a given day, and the quality of your ISP's connections to different parts of the country.

Regards,

Brad
