Have we had an update on the reverse merger that was voted on in August or was it September?.... has it been completed??.. I don't remember any PR on this issue... I ask this because I'm wondering how we can continue to acquire new companies when we haven't finished old business, yet???... did I miss it? It was my understanding that RMC could not be acquired until the reverse was completed.... so, their numbers wouldn't/shouldn't show up as part of PRWT... I'm getting confused as to what has actually occurred and what is proposed. Could somebody please outline this for me?
