I finally got some info on OAIS . Their President is the Mayor of West Wendover Nevada and I have a call into Walt Sanders. From the information I am told, OAIS is in the process of completing SEC filings to purchase a hotel, casino in Vegas. There was a delay and glitch in the filing that had to do with not listing foreign investors which had to be revised. I am told that the filing has been revised and corrections made and waiting for approval. OAIS is ready to complete the deal by the first part of January. As for the Vegas office, OAIS did not want to jump the gun and move into the new casino until the SEC approves the filing, and I quess that makes sense. I am also told that this venture is not going to be the only hotel, casino to be purchased, but rather to continue with these projects.

My personal opinion is that NUOA has too much debt and may not survive as indicated in its stock price, however, OAIS might just run away with the whole kit and kabodle.
