Well, it happened -- I got a buy signal on my system and reversed the short and went long at 1169; closed out the short OEX calls but did not sell any puts short.

The short spoo trade was closed out for a profit of 15 points

Needless to say, I am far from comfortable with being long at this point -- but if one is a systems trader, one has to follow the system.

The short day-trade was closed out at about break-even -- which was where I placed my stop after the trade had a profit of about 5 points at one time.

I was having access problems at one time and then I had to take care of some errands -- so I could not post this earlier.
