I absolutely agree with you. IW is a huge and well informed magazine, that would not rate JMAR so highly if it did not deserve it and it also knew something exciting was coming down the pipeline. These new management guys would not be coming to JMAR if they did not think they had a future with the company. They are leaving a very well know University, a well known public company and a privately held company with patents and good products, and these are the ones we know about.

Candlestick, you are absolutely right. JMAR would not be hiring these pros in their field if nothing was going to happen next year. Don't forget that they also hired some bigwigs in the XRL area, other than turcu. I remember speaking with Dr. Martinez, and him telling me that the people working on XRL and Brightlight are very excited about working for JMAR. They like working on what might be breakthrough technology and products. 1999 should finally be JMAR's year to prove itself to investors. This should be a great multi-year hold for long term investors.

And as to the next lithography step, if JMAR introduces the XRL source next year as expected, it will be hard to ignore. Most people are only looking at Synchrotron based XRL in their decisions (IBM) as to lithography to choose. JMAR's point source will push XRL to a new realm.
