Spectrum's macro definition of an 'In' is the same as Radisys' definition of a 'Win'.

Spectrum waits until a program moves into production before re-defining it from an 'in' to a 'win', whereby Radisys bypasses the pre-production 'in' period and terms programs as 'wins' immeditately. Thus I think the comparison is appropriate.

On the surface it would appear to me that Spectrum's new business intake is on par with a $100M+ in sales competitor. Radisys also notes that it typically takes 12-18 months for programs to reach production, similar to the guidance Spectrum has been providing.
