Thank you. I appreciate your info re Texas Instruments and CDMA. Delighted that TXN is involved with Nokia in that company's CDMA effort. That should be a major potential market. As you probably know, TXN is a major Ericsson supplier of DSPs and unfortunately Ericy does not (yet) participate in the CDMA technology anywhere in the world. The 3rd generation battle is underway. Curious what the TXN participation in that might be. I follow wireless primarily on the SI Qualcomm board. Holder of TXN. First purchased in 1960s and have followed - though in and out of stock - over years. Back in about a year ago and very much like management moves since then. Just hope that TXN doesn't let CDMA get away. :-) Chaz

The word I hear is that Nokia has problems with its cdma ASIC's--bad connection and drop call rate. Nokia is negotiating to buy Qcom chipsets. I don't know how this affects TXN, if at all.
