The problem is -- there are no takers for your "argument", except yourself and a few other right-wing nuts :-) Look at the Judiciary Committee -- how many black men and women on either side of the aisle? Sheesh! Of the 200-plus Republican House reps, only one is African-American. And even he seems to have "qualified" only because he has had extra-marital affairs (a la Henry Hyde), two illegitimate children (a la Dan Burton) and is a humongous hypocrite (a la Helen Chenoweth) :-)
