Couple of Thoughts:

- Current price action, in my opinion, strongly implies that the current quarter will not be a positive surprise

- Earnings predictibility is murky at best right now

- Probably a good buying opportunity (who knows if it has bottomed..). If Oracle regains a clear #2 spot to SAP next year, the positive that could come is buyout possibilities, especially by IBM. If PSFT were open to a buyout, IBM would be a great fit and has the resources.
