Aren't we at the point in time that MEMC usually warns. Seems to me last quarter this happened around this time.

Jim, not knowing what will be the size of the dilution, it is difficult for me to readjust my model. But a worse case scenario in which we double the number of shares still leaves me at $35/share before the end of 2000. Right now, however, going into another bad quarter, and due to the technical weakening of the stock, I think that a retest of the $5 to $6 area is quite possible. Long term, I believe this is a value stock which will surprise once the chip's recovery is in full swing and the 300 mm program takes off.
