You are obviously a political illiterate. Study the history of the Cold War if you are capable, the powers of the Executive branch in conduct of were greatly expanded starting with executive orders by Truman.

And executive orders have the full force of law, many are still secret and Congress may override them.

Wrong. Reagan was NEVER found to have violated any of the Boland acts, which would have been found to be unconstitutional if it had gone to that point. The Dems contended the many Bolands were violated but they never proved their assertions.

It is hard to argue with you because you have such a minimal grasp of the subject. That makes you an unworthy opponent.
