TLC; His nick name was "King Philip" he was King of the wine o s in Key West. ( also a good sign painter when they got him sobered up. Any way after being locked up umpteen times, he was once again in front of the Judge. And the Judge looked down on him and said "King Philip you been in front of this court on this same charge so many times I've lost count, I'm sort of disappointed in you do you have any thing to say " --------------- King Philip replied " Well sir I'm sort of disappointed in you too, I expected you to be Governor by now Jim Ps.
