in the old 10K there was a "warrant penalty" the company had to bear if certain targets are not met (succesful reverse takeover of the shell) within a specified timeframe - can't recall it now but it's in the last 10K. Anyway, I planned to keep my Pref A until I receive the extra warrants - because exactly the targets were not met.

Midl trading again? Wow! That could be some time. I guess the first half of 1999 would make me one happy camper. Seen a lot of these BB stocks get in trouble and it takes for ever to roll again.

At least it would seem we ain't dead.
