Wow, you must have a lot of time or are retired. No insult intended,
but I can't imagine doing such a thing.

All you have to do is look at the number of auctions versus last quarter. They are going to come in roughly 1.5X to 2X I would say, but
are going to be a lot less profitable due to all the advertising,
staffing, and investment. Also, as expected for this time of year,
their auction count will dwindle down considerable from now until
the next few months of 1999.

We already have a very good estimate of what eBay is going to do this quarter.

We already keep track of the weekly auction counts, and know that each auction, when average out, produces about $1.40 in revenue for eBay.

At the current rate, their sales this quarter will come in at between $18M and $20M.
