Philip, thanks for the update. I know there is no guarantees but my question was "have they put into writing the intent to buy back shares" this means press release or statement. If this stock does a reverse split it could be a large loss, but if they purchase back shares and then RS, the stock could hold, or maybe (in the best case) they don't do a RS. In closing, with a product and Bus. plan this Co. could produce well. JP

Surprised but not saddened by RS, because I agree, Phil, with your statement "...I am still looking for this company to pull things together and increase share value. Decreasing outstanding shares and becoming a full reporting company will certainly help matters". I will be buying more later today after this sell off. Unfortunately, when the share price did not rise the only determinate became the RS. Hoping to see more stores add product as present ones retailing well. MAGGIE
