Downgrading ORCL from strong buy to accumulation one day before earnings is RECKLESS if you know ORCL well enough. Larry is very sensitive about earnings # ever since he learned his lesson. So when he says "We'll will meet #s", it means he'll top that by a few cents+. As highly paid top dog @Pru, it was RECKLESS of him to downgrade and kept $40 target which is only 1+ point away now. If you look at ORCL's cycle and business nature(It's basic ORCL 101), you will know why Zoro joked about Crook's post.
