Stef,
You have not missed anything yet. DCI has all the qualifications for a listing including share price, but was asked to submit more paperwork by the AMEX. If things work out right, and I see no reason for them not to, then a listing on the AMEX could be in DCI's near future. The merger with WaveTech, listed on the NASDAQ (ITEL), could get DCI a NASDAQ listing with NASDAQ's approval. As far as the buyback goes, DCI used most but not all of it's money back during the spring and summer to buy shares. The money that is left is needed more now for European infrastructure than anything else. Hope this helps.

LONG & STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

SH,
<<<<WHEN will DCTC be listed on the AMEX ? Is there a "first day" planned for that ?>>>>

There is a lot more to being listed than just maintaining a certain price. DCI must supply AMEX the joint Wavetech-DCI proforma numbers for the next year. I believe this will be completed this week. I doubt very seriously if DCI would move to the NASDAQ from the AMEX. If DCI does not make the AMEX they will more than likely go to the NASDAQ after the merger with Wavetech.

Best Regards
