O/T --- Relative to my pending lawsuit against NAZ, MMs etc.
I now have a limit order in place to buy AFIS @ 7 3/8. My
"Real Time Quotes" shows 7 1/8 bid vs 7 5/8 asked. Although my
lawsuit is fiction, I'm starting to get pissed!!! Any comments about
how this happens would be appreciated. ( always learning, ya know )

Hey Joe,

Any word on where we stand on the European news?

Joe,

We're clearly not going in the direction we expected to be after the news announcing the quiet period and DAMIEN is going into a slow, quiet giggle since we're currently struggling to maintain our recent gains. We're more quiet now than in the quiet period.

My feelings here tell me that even though the fundamentals of DCI remain the same, there was some sort of last minute change in the game plan that coincided with the time Joe Murphy's dad fell ill. My intent here is not to sound negative as my belief in the success of DCI hasn't diminished, however, it does feel like the definitive forward movement describing the time frames about reaching goals has moved more into the mist. Hopefully, this lull is a temporary condition...and we're all certainly aware this drop can change in a matter of one press release.

Although the general interpretation was very good, the wording>/i> of the IXC release did not help us towards any aggregate, clear understanding and (IMO) our stock struggling to stay above $3 is reflecting this. It concerns me if DCI will have free reign to write their own releases without the approval of the same people of unique perspective who announced our 13% acquired interest in IXC? I know it was told to us Joe's hands were tied in this matter, but if this policy will also effect future releases then I think somebody will need to learn how to kick.

Just waxing thoughts at large and looking for opinions.

Strong and onward,

George

(Down DAMIEN… down!)

[Edit]

Joe,

Forgot this. *

We're more quiet now than in the quiet period. *(GGG)

I didn't want it to read as snotty! :-)

Onward,

George
