A felon cannot hold public office only if the felon is adjudicated. If the adjudication is withheld, then he can hold public office.

Well JBC.. lets see how your honesty follow through is. The tobacco company presidents all perjured themselves in Congressional testimony. Go get 'em with the same fervor, after all they're killing your children.

I just saw a proposal for a new TV series where liars of any kind are dragged on stage to face their accusers. Public pillory and dunkings next...

He's been accused. Resolution of the civil action should preceed any impeachment process. This due process is upside down and backwards.

Chris Shays put himself as the public's choice for Republican presidential candidate last night. A candidate that bridges the insanity on both sides.
