B: GGNC ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING OF CHINESE VERSION

Of Cyberbetz Online Casino and Sports Book

Friday, December 18th, 1998 at 8:08 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- GIC Global Intertainment
Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: GGNC) a high technology Internet,
entertainment and marketing company that markets an on-line sports book
and casino at www.cyberbetz.com, announced the grand opening of its
Chinese version of the Cyberbetz on-line sports book and casino has
been set for December 18th, 1998 at 8:08 p.m.

James Chu, president and CEO stated, "Our Company will commence an
aggressive marketing campaign throughout Asia starting December 28th
1998. We have already set up an infrastructure of Cyberbetz
representatives in Beijing, Shanghai, Guanghou, Hong Kong, Taiwan,
Korea, Japan and Australia to help increase the awareness and client
base of the Cyberbetz Sports Book and casino. We will be setting up a
number of elite gambling clubs throughout Asia. These clubs will
target 'high roller gamblers' in the Asian market. Each representative
feels that a target of 500 members per city is very achievable. This
will help to spread the word about Cyberbetz on more of an
international scale and will also create added value for our existing
and future shareholder base."

The population in Asia, including China, has now surpassed 3.6 billion.
By the year 2010, the Asian population is expected to surpass 4.23
billion. With the explosive growth of the Internet, in conjunction with
international business, the largest growth area coming on-line between
2000 and 2002 is expected to come from the Asian market. GGNC will be
positioned for this exponential growth.

Hammer, honestly, you do seem to be pretty sharp, but, do you honestly believe that a private company with $100 million and growing rapidly would sell to GGNC? If they went public instead, they would probably have a market value of conservatively over $500 million. It should be clear that there is something in this equation that doesn't fit.
I am fairly sure that you see that, and even Chucky, Zbyte and the Zoid probably see it.
I only push this issue because it is the classic type of scam announcement (IMO) that these companies make. No identification of the name, and so on, only big, big money to come.
Finally, Hammer, please, do you really believe that GGNC is going to go from $1 million to $500 million in revenues in one year? And since you probably recognize thats its not possible, then how credible is GGNC for making this forecast in a PR?
My opinion
