Well, I think it is better than nothing, but without the force of law it can be abused like posting "Updates" on the company websites. Now if they are really tough on members and make a big deal about publicizing companies that lose there "Approval", then I might think that it has some value. Otherwise, with no enforcement, I think it could end up not doing much for the small investor at all. But I like the goals. Too bad John Schmitz doesn't have the right stuff to adopt all of these rules unilaterally. Why report when they don't have to, seems to be his rule. Great attitude.
