It's really interesting. I think its in Saadam's best interest to keep a weakling like Clinton in office. So when it looks like his old friend is going out, Saadam calls up and says, "Hey big Bill, I'll help prolong the impeachment process and maybe you'll sneak out of it. Why don't I kick out the inspectors again. Then you can hit me with a few bombs, nobody gets hurt. You look presidential with a small p, and I'm the marter again. Hey we both make out".
