Zach, your expertise on "held" is appreciated, but you are in error that the circuit court "held" against "me." I wasn't there. If you're going to be fastidious so can I. As to the her being denied the presense of an attorney, how long do you feel your client should be detained without being able to call you.. or perhaps you just do house closings and wouldn't have a real life opinion.
