MDRE had a good year end, a better 1st quarter, and it is anticipated that the second quarter will be even better...however, the stock has been going down mainly because the market makers are playing games with it...this is expected to continue until the stock gets listed on the Nasdaq BB (it has currently been approved on the Nasdaq pink sheets) which is expected to occur around mid February.
In the meantime, if you are a fundamental investor, you have a chance to accumulate at a very low price. If you are a timer, good luck...one day this stock will take off (when exactly is the question).
If you want much more detail, I suggest you visit Stockhouse on line and review the MDRE forum messages; in that forum, Topcat is the most knowledgeable and respected participant (that forum also has a few lunatics...).
Cheers.

Everytime I think we have enough of this stock and
this COATS exchange, MDRE pulls us back in. It kind of
has the feel of Las Vegas, the balance sheet flashes
like a bright light, the internet chatter makes the
sound of all those slots paying off, every now and
then someone lets out a scream when they get a low
buy and a high sell, other times its like getting
bounced when one gets a high buy and panics on a
low sell. And everyone plays the progessives hoping
for that big OTC BB jackpot. I have rarely seen a stock
which can hit at greed and emotion like this play has.
I'm not sure if it is a good thing or a bad thing. usually
greed and emotion make for a good irrational flash in
the pan play, and if properly positioned can make
folks really really rich, but like in Vegas the majorty
head home broke. We in the club are having a hard
time staying rational with this play. We've jumped
back in at these prices. We hardly ever argue, but
MDRE has added some spice to our meetings this
month at least.
