Congress To Delay Impeachment Vote Due To Iraq-CNN

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Congressional leaders have decided to delay the impeachment vote and debate on President Clinton that was scheduled to begin Thursday because of the crisis with Iraq, CNN reported Wednesday.
