OT?

I know there has been a lot of talk about precious metals and oil doing well on the airstrikes- fwiw here is another company that might do well. I own it, have been waiting for a bombing to sell (maybe I got my bombing courtesy of the us of a?) anyway, I didn't go back yet to verify if what this poster says is true. But I submit it for your consideration as a weird alternative play.

<<Baghdad is a capital city, and the people were not expecting the attack>>

I think you made a typo. The people of Bahgdad were definitely expecting an attack.

Coby, No, because the military is not a monolith. Some Brigadier General may want to kiss up to a reporter for some reason, so he puts the privates and sergeants at risk. It happened all the time when I was in the service, thought not so drastic. But some Colonel was rumored to have blabbed the security plans at the Mainz Arsenal right before Bader-Meinhof hit it, stole several missiles and killed some US soldiers. This didn't have anything to do with reporters, but it does show that reporters can get access to information that the Pentagon and certainly, the grunts who have their fannies in the line of fire, would not like them to report on worldwide news.
