Thanks Michelle.

Personally I think he has lost the potency he may have at one time used to move the forces of government to cohesion.

I would be very impressed if I see him responsible for accomplishing anything significant from here on out. I can't picture it at all.

The assault weapon ban was a sham. They had a 60 minutes program on gun shows where assault weapons were being sold. The law was so narrow and people can convert weapons easily.

The only reason the Congress and the president passed more bills was that popular support held for a number of key GOP legislation. Clinton would try to stonewall those reforms, and eventually would give into popular will. Clinton' implemented GOP-backed bills in the foreign trade, welfare reform, and balanced budget areas that were GOP legislation with little Democratic support.
