I must respectfully disagree, and I've backed my position by buying
call options today (January 135's).

Sounds good, J.P. I don't expect the Judges Decision until March, so January calls could be good. MSFT will have positive news in the media every day in January, as they are presenting their side. I have never done calls, but I have some "play" money available, and I may do the same.

J.P., I agree with your excellent analysis of why the stock will move up. For stock investors, I think it is a great time to buy. Short term options (call) buyers have to weigh impeachment, Iraq. I am still looking to get into December calls (out of the money) if the opportunity is available, that is , if the stock drops today.
