Thanks for the response and the valuable links, Ann. I guess I should have dug a little deeper before poping off about what CDNW should do to address the commissioned link marketing strategy. I had been buying CDs from CDNW and I never got any indication that they might have started that program. After reviewing the site again today, I have to conclude that one has to dig to get the necessary info about it. Therefore, one must necessarily already know about it in order to go looking for it. Word-of-mouth advertising. Since there are a lot more music sites using this ploy than I anticipated, as evidenced by your link, associateprograms.com, it seems that CDNW would best be served by getting the word out about this program as fast as possible.
