I've gotten a couple of emails on this and it's worth asking for my own little pea brain.

Re: 13% position.

Does the recent transaction give DCI full 13% ownership
or right to lease 13% of IXC assets/facilities (DCI management control only over defaulting client's position) over the next five years?
