John I really appreciate that post, it really speeded things up. I just got off the phone with Ron and he has the fax, that he requested. I think all the "details" are taken care of at the close of the business day. This is getting real frustrating. Welcome to my world <LOL> This has gone on since Mid October, but I think we have reached the conclusion of all this. Dont bug your brokers until Monday.... please. KAA

Thought you and the thread would like to know about the P's and the W's. Here what the NASD and I, did today, the reason the P's and W's have not been credited to accounts yet, is because the forms for the Distribution and Ex dates on these issues, where misplaced along the way (from the TA to the DTC to the NASD). This problem has been taken care of, as of the close of today. The problem was all this back tracking finger pointing and "not my problem" attitudes along the way. Basically what we did was file more forms, (dont ask me why) and declared Friday Dec. 18, 1998 as the Distribution day. To save time and having to listen to the "not my problem" attitude let me transfer you to somebody else. What this means is everything remains the same, nothing changes as far as you guys are concerned. The Stock and the Warrants should be safety tucked away in your accounts between Monday and Wed. Depending on your Brokerage and how fast they distribute these, in their in house organization(s). KAA
