Les,

Good point about Clinton's backdown. The
funny thing is, last Summer Clinton took
all the teeth out of UNISCOM when he changed
their policy and ended surprise inspections.
Several of the UNISCOM inspectors said that
the inspection process was over if they could
not make unannounced moves. Is is also worth
noting that UNISCOM inspectors did a fantastic
job in Iraq. According to their records, they
destroyed more of Iraqs chemical, nuclear and
biological weapons capability than all of the
airstrikes during Desert Storm. These guys
deserve a medal.
