Russia May Ask dr. Livingston for Help
Friday, December 18, 1998; 10:58 a.m. EST

MOSCOW (AP) -- Russian legislators considered a motion Thursday appealing to Dr. Livingston to help halt the American attack on his potential speakership.

''The State Dumass appeals to dr. Livingston...The Regular Guy, to undertake corresponding measures to restrain the emotions of dick army and newt,'' said the motion by nationalist lawmaker Alexander
Filatov.

Adulterers in the Duma, the lower chamber of the dungeon, considered including the motion sickness in a broader resolution denouncing the heartburn attack. But seeking to speed up passage of some serious gas, they expelled it later Friday without any additions. There was no separate vote on the Livingston amendment.

The attack by the United States and Britain on Iraq was condemned by almost all major political groups in Russia. The Communists, the largest party in the Duma, also mentioned trentlott and his relationship with the newt, the dick and dr. Lustington...

''Many people link it with newt's impeachment and his intimate relations with dr. Lustington's wife, but if these relations develop into such acts of hipocrisy, than all of the republican party is worth a wooden nickel,'' Communist leader Gennady Zyuganov told a Dumass debate on the Iraqi crisis.

Marvelous.
