That fact that a majority of the House and a majority of the Senate will find Clinton unfit for office is a good but not perfect result. Far better than an unconstitutional gimmick like censure. Clinton will be shunned by any respectable Dem candidate in 2000 and his party will lose to Bush.

Congress makes the decision and there are votes for impeachment coming from the Democrats and some agaisnt impeachment coming from the Republicans you dolt. Only an insignificant boob hasn't realized that the President isn't going to be removed from office. The reason he hasn't been censored in the House is because there is no provision for it in the Constitution you numbskull.
