Delays

The DIVA call confirms my point about the difficulty in getting a complete end-to-end system solid. DIVA has been out there 27+ months and is now in the roll-out phase. I know that a lot of lab work has been done with CCUR and SFA but it's foolish to think that the road these guys have to take will be any smoother than DIVA took. It is true ... CCUR was hardly mentioned, implying that from DIVAs prospective, SEAC might be the biggest threat at this point. For the record, the FSN used SGI servers and SGI STBs so there is little in common from that trial to actually use here. You guys continue to think roll-out is imminent when not one legitimate CCUR trial with friendly homes is up and running yet. This step can't be avoided if you truly expect success and acceptance. DIVA modified their system and content greatly based on their trials with real homes and real customers, and they continue to raise the bar for followers.

I can wait, but I do it with eyes and ears open.
