IQBAL,>>>now that US has taken the first step of weakening the underpinning of Saddam the republican gaurds the next step more logical would be that some of the in cover of this bombing may start a peoples revolution in Iraq.<<<

You are a terrific market timer and you have a terrific understanding of money flows, but your geopolitcal understanding is rather undeveloped. I just hope the Iraqi people don't take your advice - unless they have more assurance that they have overwhelming outside support. otherwise they are going to get themselves killed - Saddam Hussein does not kid around. If you revolt or think about revolting in Iraq - you'd better know what you are doing.

Please, you are giving them false hope - at the moment. Bill Clinton is not going to be their saviour. Bill Clinton is only using the Iraqi people for his own survival.

To get rid of Saddam Hussein will require a concerted effort by a coalition of Western and Arab leaders with a Commander In Chief of US Forces lead by a leader with far more credibility than a Bill Clinton.

I think your intentions are good, but Bill Clinton is not going to save anybody. He may not even be able to save himself. The impeachment process will show the world, and Saddam Hussein in particular, that we are not ruled by the whims of any one man. Our institutions and form of government can not be taken advantage of by some evil thug.

Regards,

Mary

I don't think this is just the end of a small campaign this a beginning of an end- for a dictator Saddam.

Let's hope the resolve to accomplish something goes deeper than a little muscle flexing. Now that we are there, let's pray that something good comes of it. Let us define the mission and set a solid goal to end Saddam's reign and then let us do the job as quickly and easily as possible.

Anything less will have been simply a political move by Clinton and six months from now we will be back in the same boat.....

<< Saddam found the cleavage and wants to exploit this window of opportunity- >>

I hope this was not a pun trying to draw another parallel between
Clinton and Saddam
